At one point, a spandex-sporting woman hits [Rosa] Parks in the head with a chicken leg. "Sit down!" she yells at Parks. "That's what you're known for anyway."

McGruder reminds me how shallow I am. Everytime I read stuff about him, I think 'gosh. I think I'd want to smack him around a lot more if he wasn't so pretty'

PS: I wish I had cartoon network, I wanna watch. I shall have to download or something.

You might be able to. They keep mentioning stuff in the adult swim bumps about webby things. I don't pay that much attention because the type is too small and I'm usually drawing.

Actually try adultswim.com. That's the grown-ups' site.

Oh, I'd wish we'd get that on our CN! I always read the Sundays when I'm in the US.

I wonder how long Canada is going to have to wait to get this show.

And I just read via Vali that Rosa Parks just died-- Aaron McGruder really screwed up. o_O I'm not bailing him out this time.

You might also like the comic he wrote with Reginald Hudlin, Birth of a Nation. They made it into a comic because they couldn't get anyone to make a movie of it, leaving me to curse the cowardice of all movie producers everywhere. Luckily you can see all the scenes anyway, so I suppose it's not so bad.

Man. Spandex Woman must've really wailed on her with that chicken leg.

Birth of a Nation is on my library list.
