McGruder reminds me how shallow I am. Everytime I read stuff about him, I think 'gosh. I think I'd want to smack him around a lot more if he wasn't so pretty'

And I just read via Vali that Rosa Parks just died-- Aaron McGruder really screwed up. o_O I'm not bailing him out this time.

You might also like the comic he wrote with Reginald Hudlin, Birth of a Nation. They made it into a comic because they couldn't get anyone to make a movie of it, leaving me to curse the cowardice of all movie producers everywhere. Luckily you can see all the scenes anyway, so I suppose it's not so bad.
