Yay! Good luck, and take some pictures when it arrives!

(And of the Batgirl costume when you finish it, cause that sounds pretty damn cool)

Which Obitsu head are you getting? Gretel is my favorite, with Haruka as second.

Just the default head for now (I'll give hear a closed-eye face-up). I'm torn between Gretel and Haruka. I've noticed that in some photos Haruka can take on a Streisandish, cross-eyed appearance -- though this may just be because of the rather goggly face-ups on those models.

Thoughts? Recs?

I'd say Gretel, definitely.

You should check out Den of Angels, if you aren't already a member. It's a forum for dollfies of all sorts.

It's a pretty cool community, but there are a few people who actually think their dolls are alive and that's kind of creepy, if you ask me. >.> But other than that, it's lots of fun.

There are Creepy Scary Doll People just like there are Creepy Scary Bear People -- hell, I find some of the official Volks stuff to be Creepy-Scary. There's not much you can do other than back away slowly. I'm more amused by the hilarious passive-aggressiveness of some of the DoA members ("I guess I'm a little different from the rest of you.").

However, Evil Ann wants to post topics like, "How many of your girls have had clitoridectomies?" or "What do you do when you catch your boys masturbating?"
