The Question appears in Justice League Unlimited, and for a kids' show...yup, bugfuckling abounds. He's played by, I am not making this up, Jeffrey Combs. The icon depicts an actual scene from the show.
I'm not sure of the specific episodes, but he's spotlighted in at least a couple. Ditto the JLU comic book, available in back issue form and in bookstore digests.
