Veggie guy from last week came in asking for Viagra. PoTW was a small boy who believed he was being abducted by aliens. Chase tried to play Snaps with Foreman and failed spectacularly. House was cranky, but a self-doubting cranky, until Cuddy confessed her and Wilson's plan to teach House humility. House's leg hurt. House still likes drugs. Mr. Cane lived in a golf bag, but got pulled out into the free and open air again. Chase turned into a Grey. Small boy's mom was Laura Palmer.
Aha! Thank you. I totally did not see the guest credits and spent the entire episode wondering why she looked vaguely familiar (because I never really followed Twin Peaks...and holy crap, how long ago was that?)
