They're three-fingered, gecko-ish hands. He's got a sort of feather cuff thing going on (made from the same element as his tail), and doing The Point, so you can't really see them in this picture.

AFAIK, the trial and disc versions of Creature Creator are the same. "First taste is free, kid."

The disc one has way more elements. There's only four basic heads, four hands, four feet, three arms, three legs, etc. Not a lot of extra fancy things. Some of the ones you used I recognized, but not all of them. I'm going to go on a hunt for a hacked download later, methinks.
