He has two sets of fins, like a pleisiosaur (which I may have horribly mipselled), a dorsal fin, and a set of arms.

I assume he's filled with helium. Or magic.

It's horrible, though -- when he nuzzles Blowhole Jr., his tusk goes right through the poor kid's skull.
