Ack. Must finish birthday present for Priscellie!
Long weekend was...long. Totally cramped out on Thursday, which meant I was unconscious from the ibuprofin, abandoning poor Mom and missing a large chunk of the Buffy marathon. Dinner was lovely, with turkey that was actually (say it softly) good, and my best friend punkin pah. Got to see the two Evil Willow episodes, which made me happy beyond all reason, and Buffy off that poor dope Angel. Again. "Dur...Buffy?" *chock* Friday was the annual Darin Morgan Memorial X-Thon (which must irk Chris Carter no end). Refused to watch "Home," which is a cool episode but at that moment would have made me vomit. Was pleased and surprised to see "Millennium" make the final cut, though I have no illusions about it being because of the X-public's fondness for Frank Black and Co.
Saturday took the Unit to the mall to get her hair rotated. It rained and rained, until the wind started blowing - one of those horrible prairie winds that rattles the windows and makes you want to hide. Dry, sinus-y. Couldn't sleep for beans last night and I am puffy and awful and the world is covered with waxy dull build-up. Feh.
