Get a couple-three vending machine temporary tattoos. Cut them into random chunks. Apply them to your paper. Outline the chunks with black magic marker. You are now Marc Chagall...'s cousin's kid.

Yay! Apparently you can emboss them with a non-sharp implement. I haven't tried it, though. drtectonic got me a really swell one with the Sandford Police badge on the front -- with lasers! I mean, real motherfucking lasers!
