Nothing, as far as I know.

Is that first tag a Star Wars IV: A New Hope reference?

Yep. Grand Moff* Tarkin, pretty shortly before the Death Star goes boom.

And what *is* a "Moff," anyway? Sounds like some small yappy lapdog. Possibly a stinky one.

I've never been able to stomach crack_van, actually. From what I'm told, this is a good thing at this point... apparently pretty much the only SPN recs they post are Dean/Castiel.

Um. I assume this is to do with SurveyFail? It's a shame that [livejournal.com profile] shaggirl ended up in the position she did. Reading ogas's early communications, helping with the survey looked like a reasonable request.

It absolutely did. But there comes a time when you say, "Sorry, my bad" and bail, rather than try to paint fandom as anti-science.

Ouch. Yeah, I saw a couple of people trying to float "anti-science," "anti-outsider," "anti-academia" balloons. Which is such a bad idea, not only because it's hard to support those claims given the evidence, but because in general, ascribing a single viewpoint to a large group of people (other than something like, "breathing! even while asleep!") is just automatic fail.

otoh, I'm scheduled to drive the van in October, and I still wanna.
