OH NO! What are you going to do? I fear for all the car dealerships in Lincoln!

Also, Matt better enter the witness protection program.

You know, 22 car years is like 107 human years, so the Spectrum lived a long, full life. You did everything you could for her and I'm sure she's happy you were there to hold her hand and sing her favorite song at the end.

I would like to have a moment of silence in memory of our dear departed auto.

*removes hat* On the other hand, no more pouring money into it only to have it die three hours later anyway.

Alas, alack, and puckernuts. It's true, that's a pretty long life for a car these days, but dammit.

I'm kind of liking the Viking funeral idea. Maybe with Matt bound and gagged in the trunk? Could be a whole emo purge thing, yeah?

I'll bring marshmallows, it'll be a thing.

Do Viking funerals involve burning, or floating?

...or both? Both would be fun.

I could get behind that. Harder to roast the 'shmallows, though.

Both. You push it out to sea and then set fire to it.

My condolences on your loss.

Although when this first popped up on my F-list, I read "Chevrolet Speculum" and thought, "Well, I could see why it didn't last...who would want to buy a car called a Speculum?"

I think I need new glasses.
