That's a cruel thing to do to a poor Aussie living in a country town where it takes _months_ for new books to hit the shelves and a maxed-out credit card and Amazon.com keeps tormenting me too with emails telling me it's out... Oh well, I'll have to look for it in Canada next month.

I looked on mine, and the title page says it's a signed first edition of 5,000 copies, and there's a little round gold sticker on the jacket.
It could be autopenned, however - I'd have to compare a couple to be sure.
