There was a booth at a renfaire once with novelty nutcrackers (why not)... They had Hitler, Stalin and Churchill 'crackers.

Sweet! Somehow, Hitler seems born to be a nutcracker. Susan gave me a gozinta doll of Russian leaders, and Stalin's in there somewhere, but he's all rolly and friendly.

We just got a catalogue featuring soldier-crackers with enormous domed helmets that would make excellent alien heads.
