I would like to declare Operation Anthy is a Great Big Weirdo Who Keeps Snails in Her Pencil Box (aka Ann's attempt at cutting her Zoloft dosage) a spectacular, Soviet space program-style failure. The experiment is now concluded.

Yeah. Rare side effect, though not as rare as they thought. SSRIs in general were new enough at the time that they didn't know to attribute what happened to that, and they sent me in to look for brain tumours.

Amusingly, this is how I met my partner -- he came to visit, after four years of email correspondence and no indication that we'd get together, on the grounds that it might have been cancer and therefore the last chance.
