Not a fan of Fred Dalton Thompson at the best of times, but now... He appeared in my nightmares recently. He is not an attractive transvestite. J. Edgar Hoover probably made a better tranvestite than he did. And he was engaging in a sexual practice that I will not describe here, because I'm not sure there's an actual word for it. But ick.

Anyway, watching his scenes in Law and Order last night was difficult, as I was torn between throwing up and laughing insanely. And could do neither, as I would have been asked to explain just what the hell my problem is.

Goren would send Briscoe back to the booze in about a week and a half. Then Briscoe would stab Goren with a screwdriver, and get away with it, since the only detective competent enough to catch him would be in the ground.

I think that Briscoe would be more subtle. After Goren tries to take him home from the bar, a truck will hit the car, killing Goren instantly.

Think of the continuity.
