Okay, that is just messed. I could see if their credit card machine went down, or if they had recently decided credit cards weren't worth it, but if so, they should explain that to you.

They add these PAY ME WITH ANY CREDIT CARD USING PAYPAL graphics, and when you pay you get an e-mail saying 'Oh it has to come from your bank account I don't take credit cards.' This really, really pisses me off.

*Scratches head* I always thought that if you used a credit card with paypal, they'd charge your card, but give them cash. I've made several donations and things using paypal and never had a problem.

Apparently there are all these different kinds of accounts now, and if you get charged for accepting credit cards with some of them. Or something. Which is fine but they shouldn't use the damn credit-card graphics.
